2 male professionals and a female student nurse looking to fill 4th room in shared house charminster, Bournemouth as soon as possible. Looking for a long term housemate preferably for 12 months. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Housemates are friendly with interest in cycling, rock climbing, music, films and socializing. Occupants ages 23-33. Rooms in house are double glazed and were updated in the last 10 years, the rooms in the rest of the house are of an older style and in lesser condition. House will suit someone trying to save money or looking for cheap rent. House is usually quiet due to housemates working long hours but there a opportunities to socialize on occasion. House comes with a large garden. Bills are around £85 per month which includes gas, electric, council tax, sewage and super fast broadband. House is situated a 4 minute walk from Charminster, 15 minute walk from the town center, 10 minute walk from Bournemouth train station and 15-20 minute walk from the beach. Room comes with basic furnishings, double bed, wardrobe, desk ect. We did have someone moving in but it has unfortunately fallen through so we would welcome new and previous applicants.
