lovely double room in charminster £85pw or £110pw for a couple all bills included + internet in Charminster, Dorset for sale

HI, I currently have a double room for £85pw or £110 for 2 people with all bills included, along with a fast internet connection, the house consists of 1 bathroom, a shower room, downstairs toilet, large kitchen and garden. the room has recently been repainted and carpets in the whole house have been professionally cleaned and also repainted. the room has: brand new curtains wardrobe double bed and draws 30sec walk from the main high street. 4 weeks rent in advance is required, can be broken up 2 weeks and another 2 weeks the month after. sorry no pets! i may consider smokers on the condition you agree to smoke outside the house and not inside as smoke damages walls and if this occurs you will be charged. please call, text or email to arrange a viewing. thank you.
